Why has LOGIN decided to reschedule the dates for 2020?
LOGIN has been rescheduled and is planned to take place on September 24-25 due to growing concerns and uncertainties over the coronavirus (COVID-19). The decision was made after World Health Organisation's (WHO) official recommendations and consulting with the Lithuanian Health Board and all partners.
What are the new dates for LOGINevents?
All LOGIN events will take place on September 24-25 at Litexpo
How will LOGIN be different on 24-25 September?
LOGIN will be divided into four different events which will take place simultaneously at the Litexpo convention centre. As a participant, you can get a ticket for one of the 4 main events, which will also grant you access to Chat Zones, LOGIN Networking Fest, Expo Zone, and LOGOUT.
I bought the ticket before the new LOGIN concept was announced, what are my options?
We can offer you 2 options:
1. You can exchange your current ticket totally for free to this year’s event of your choice.
2. You can ask for a money refund for your current ticket.

Is my LOGIN ticket valid on the new dates?
YES! If you purchased a ticket to LOGIN before the date has been changed, it will be valid on the new dates, but you need to exchange it to a ticket to one of the four LOGIN events.

What is the refund policy if I cannot attend the new dates?
1. You can try to give your ticket as a gift to your friend, colleague or partner.
2. If you still want money return, please contact [email protected] Full refund is granted if you cancel your ticket until 1st of May.

Important: only the person, who placed an order, has a right to ask for money refund. In 30 days period, money will be transferred back to the bank account from which the payment for these tickets was received.

To get a refund: Please contact [email protected]. Please, include order ID in your email and make a note asking for ticket refund.

Important: if you have bought more than one ticket and want to get a refund for one of the tickets only, please be sure to resend PDF of the exact ticket.
Refunded tickets will be made invalid to use.
I want to exchange my Standard Pass or Under 25 Pass to LOGIN event. What should I do?
If you have a Standard Pass or Under 25 Pass and want to exchange it to preferred LOGIN event ticket please send us a request to [email protected].
Important: only the person, who placed an order, has a right to ask for ticket exchange.

To exchange the ticket: Resend your ticket email to [email protected].Please, do not change the subject, as the order ID is included in it. In your email, please make a note asking for ticket exchange.
How do I choose which LOGIN event to attend?
LOGIN events will surprise you with 14 different tracks and the most prominent Keynote speakers! Check out the speakers of each event and choose the one which appeals to you the most! And do not forget to visit Chat Zones to participate in discussions and Q&A’s on the most relevant topics of today with LOGIN Keynote speakers and special guests.

What will happen to the speakers that have already been announced for LOGIN 2020?
We’re working hard to include all already confirmed speakers in the program in Autumn as well. We will release more information in the coming weeks.
How LOGIN organizers will ensure the safety of LOGIN events attendees?
We will make sure to meet all general requirements made by Lithuanian Health Board to ensure safety for all participants.
At this moment we are ready to greet 350 attendees to each event and ensure the required distance between people.

What is LOGIN?
LOGIN is the annual biggest innovation festival in the Baltics, that will take place on September 24-25, 2020 at the Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Do you host any other events?
LOGIN has one side event:
– LOGOUT – a closing party where all LOGIN attendees have the best networking and dancing party after the second event day.
Where LOGIN 2020 takes place?
Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO, at Laisves av. 5, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Are children allowed to enter the event?
Children by age of 7 are allowed to enter LOGIN 2020 conference for free.
Is venue adapted for people with disabilities?
Yes. Litexpo is fully adapted for people with disabilities.
Tickets
How and where can I buy tickets to LOGIN?
Tickets are sold at www.login.lt only. Select your ticket type and amount, choose your payment method, enter the needed data and click “Make payment”. That’s it! You’ll receive your tickets directly to your email inbox. Please be sure to enter a valid email address. If you have any difficulties buying tickets, please contact us by [email protected]
Where can I find my ticket?
Check your the inbox of your email, that you’ve entered during purchase process, your ticket should be there. If you cannot find it there, please check your spam box. You can also look for your ticket by entering “Fienta” into your email search. If you have any difficulties finding your ticket, please contact us by [email protected]

There are two ways companies can receive invoice for their purchase.
1) Invoice after payment by bank-link or credit card.
At the checkout process, where you have to choose payment method, checkbox will appear with a title “I would like an invoice for my company”. Mark the checkbox, enter the company’s details and the invoice will be attached to the letter together with your tickets. 2) Invoice before payment.
This is an option for companies which want to reserve tickets and pay later. At the checkout process, choose payment method “Regular Invoice”, insert your company’s details and obtain an invoice. Download an invoice and pay it with money transfer from your bank. Tickets will be reserved for you and sent after the invoice is paid. Important: The invoice is the final invoice issued by the event organiser “Login conferences”. No other invoices are needed.
Do I need to register before the event?
YES, you have to register. You can do it in few different ways: attendee registration can be made when assigning the tickets, by clicking the link on your ticket or at www.login.lt

IMPORTANT: if you want to change the ticket holder, only the buyer can do it by assigning it again to a different email.
Do groups get any discounts?
Yes. We are ready to give a special discounts for groups of 10 or more.

- 10% when buying 10-29 tickets;
- 15% when buying 30-49 tickets;
- 20% when buying more than 50 tickets.
I can’t attend LOGIN anymore. Can I get a refund?
Full refund is granted if you cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking. We have a strict no refunds policy after this date.

Can I resell my LOGIN ticket?
No. Tickets found to have been resold will be voided and the owner will be denied entry. This applies to all ticket categories.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person during the conference?
No. Tickets as once registered and scanned are made invalid to use for a second time. After the registration every attendee receives LOGIN bracelet that serves as a ticket to enter event venue and other events if included into ticket. Bracelet is one time use and not removable and for both event days.
I lost my ticket. What should I do?
Please look for your ticket by these steps:

Check the inbox of your email, that you’ve entered during purchase process, your ticket should be there.
Please check your spam box.
You can also look by entering “Fienta” into your email search.

Do I need to register before the event?
YES, registration is mandatory. You can do it in few different ways: attendee registration can be made when assigning the tickets, by clicking the link on your ticket or at login.lt

IMPORTANT: if you want to change the ticket holder, only the buyer can do it by assigning it again to a different email.
REGISTRATION
Who needs to register for the event?
All LOGIN attendees with “Standard Pass”, “UNDER 25 1+1 Pass”, “Standard Pass 1+1”.
Where and when registration to the event takes place?
Registration takes place at the entrance gates to LITEXPO. All attendees have to prepare their ID or tickets to be scanned and exchanged to event bracelets. Registration will be open on both event days.
What do I need to have to register successfully?
Be ready to show your LOGIN ticket and your valid ID card to attend the event.
What is the event bracelet for?
Your ticket is exchanged to event bracelet, which is your pass to LOGIN events. The bracelet must be worn during both event days, including LOGOUT party.
I lost my bracelet. What should I do?
We are sorry, but lost bracelets can not be replaced.
Do I need to register again on the second event day?
If you have already registered on the first day and have your bracelet, then no, you don’t have to register on a second day again.
Volunteers
Who can volunteer at LOGIN?
Everyone, who is eager to join LOGIN team, to make this event happen successfully, and is at least 16+ years old.
