What is LOGIN?

LOGIN is the annual biggest innovation festival in the Baltics, that will take place on May 28-29, 2020 at the Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Do you host any other events?

LOGIN has two side events:
– Internet Awards – the ceremony dedicated to award the greatest Internet projects of previous year. This event takes place after the first event day. Only “Premium Pass” holders can attend Internet Awards ceremony;
– LOGOUT – closing party where all LOGIN attendees have the best networking and dancing party after the second event day.

Where LOGIN 2019 takes place?

Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO, at Laisves av. 5, Vilnius, Lithuania.

Are children allowed to enter the event?

Children by age of 7 are allowed to enter LOGIN 2019 conference for free.

Is venue adapted for people with disabilities?

Yes. Litexpo is fully adapted for people with disabilities.


How and where can I buy tickets to LOGIN?

Tickets are sold at www.login.lt only. Sales will start soon!
Select your ticket type and amount, choose your payment method, enter the needed data and click “Make payment”. That’s it! You’ll receive your tickets directly to your email inbox. Please be sure to enter a valid email address. If you have any difficulties buying tickets, please contact us by info@login.lt

Where can I find my ticket?

Check your the inbox of your email, that you’ve entered during purchase process, your ticket should be there.
If you cannot find it there, please check your spam box.
You can also look for your ticket by entering “Fienta” into your email search.

I need an invoice for my ticket. How can I get it?

There are two ways companies can receive invoice for their purchase.
1) Invoice after payment by bank-link or credit card.
At the checkout process, where you have to choose payment method, checkbox will appear with a title “I would like an invoice for my company”. Mark the checkbox, enter the company’s details and the invoice will be attached to the letter together with your tickets.

2) Invoice before payment.

This is an option for companies which want to reserve tickets and pay later. At the checkout process, choose payment method “Regular Invoice”, insert your company’s details and obtain an invoice. Download an invoice and pay it with money transfer from your bank. Tickets will be reserved for you and sent after the invoice is paid.

Important: The invoice is the final invoice issued by the event organiser “Login conferences”. No other invoices are needed.

What is a “Standard Pass”?

This ticket gives you access to the LOGIN 2020 conference on May 28-29, and the LOGOUT party.

What is a “Student Pass”?

This ticket gives you access to the LOGIN 2020 conference on May 28-29, and the LOGOUT party. It includes 20% discount for students from “Standard Pass” price. Be ready to show your valid Student ID card to be allowed to enter with this ticket.

What is a “Premium Pass”?

This ticket gives you access to the LOGIN 2020 conference on May 28-29, the LOGOUT party, the Internet Awards ceremony, and includes a bunch of extra perks: access to Premium Lounge, reserved first row seats in halls & fast check-in.

Do I need my Student ID to get discount?

Yes. You will have to provide your valid Student ID card at the registration point to enter the event with “Student Pass”. Be sure to have it.

Do I need to print my ticket?

It is not necessary. All tickets are electronic, you can keep it as an email in your inbox, save as PDF in your phone or just add it to your Apple Wallet.

I can’t attend LOGIN anymore. Can I get a refund?

Full refund is granted if you cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking. We have a strict no refunds policy after this date.
Important: only the person, who placed an order, has a right to ask for money refund. In 30 days period, money will be transferred back to the bank account from which the payment for these tickets was received.
To get a refund:
Resend your ticket email to our ticket providers to hello@fienta.com. Please, do not change the subject, as the order ID is included in it. In your email, please make a note asking for ticket refund.
Important: if you have bought more than one ticket and want to get refund for one of the tickets only, please be sure to resend PDF of the exact ticket.

Fienta customer service will contact you as soon as possible and hold this process in their hands until money will get back to you.
Refunded tickets will be made invalid to use.

Can I resell my LOGIN ticket?

No. Tickets found to have been resold will be voided and the owner will be denied entry. This applies to all ticket categories.

Do you sell one day tickets?

No. All tickets, except “Awards Pass”, give access to both LOGIN 2020 conference days.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person during the conference?

No. Tickets as once registered and scanned are made invalid to use for a second time. After the registration every attendee receives LOGIN bracelet that serves as a ticket to enter event venue and other events if included into ticket. Bracelet is one time use and not removable and for both event days.

I lost my ticket. What should I do?

Please look for your ticket by these steps:

  • Check the inbox of your email, that you’ve entered during purchase process, your ticket should be there.
  • Please check your spam box.
  • You can also look by entering “Fienta” into your email search.

If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us by info@login.lt.


Who need to register to event?

All LOGIN attendees with “Standard Pass”, “Student Pass”, “Premium Pass”.

Where and when registration to event takes place?

Registration takes place at the entrance gates to LITEXPO.
All attendees have to prepare their tickets to be scanned and exchanged to event bracelets.
Registration will be open on both event days.

What do I need to have to register successfully?

Be ready to show your LOGIN ticket and your valid Student ID card if you have bought “Student Pass” to attend the event.

What is event bracelet for?

Your ticket is exchanged to event bracelet, which is your pass to LOGIN events. Bracelet must be worn during both event days, including LOGOUT party and Internet Awards ceremony, if included into ticket.

I lost my bracelet. What should I do?

We are sorry, but lost bracelets can not be replaced.

Do I need to register again on second event day?

If you have already registered on the first day and have your bracelet, then no, you don’t have to register on a second day again.

What is LOGOUT party?

LOGOUT is the greatest closing party of LOGIN, welcoming all LOGIN attendees with event bracelets.

What is Internet Awards?

Internet Awards is LOGIN side event dedicated to celebrate digital culture. This is the closing event and award ceremony of LOGIN Internet Awards’ competition for the best internet projects of previous years.

Where and when will Internet Awards take place?

Internet Awards will take place at Litexpo.

When can I upload nomination?

Nominations are welcome from March 22 to May 24, 23:59.

Who can nominate their work for Internet Awards?

Everyone that find their work right for the nomination and that fits the main criteria. All information about Internet Awards can be found here.

Who are jury members for Internet Awards?

Jury members are Lithuanian professionals of various fields. You can see them here.

What are the categories to win?

There are 26 categories to compete. List of categories can be found here.

Is there a fee to nominate your work?

The regular fee for single nomination is €20. However, there are free categories that nomination fee does not apply.


Who can volunteer at LOGIN?

Everyone, who is eager to join LOGIN team, to make this event happen successfully, and is at least 16+ years old.
